    NEW SHIFT OPTIONS TO FIT ANYONES SCHEDULE!

  • Team Members are a big part of what makes our event successful and we would love to have you join us.  As part of the TUAC Team you will have the opportunity to be one of the first to shop our event for early and half price pre-sales as well as earn a higher percentage of your earnings (depending on the number of hours worked).  It’s a great way to get terrific deals and make new friends.  We are asking for help with set up, drop off, open sale and closing the sale. This will be on a first come first serve basis.

    (That’s it!) – Consignors that do not show up for their scheduled shifts will be charged a $20 no show fee PER SHIFT out of their commision check.

    Why Pay? Our member fee secures your spot for the pre-sale! Once you complete all your volunteer shifts your fee will be refunded to you.  If you do not show up for your shifts you will fofeit your fee. IF YOU REGISTER WITHOUT PAYING TUAC HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE YOU FROM YOUR SHIFTS

    5 Levels of Team Member Incentives

  • Team Member 1 – SUPER TUAC

    Work 7 two-hour shifts and shop our first pre-sale on Tuesday, August 20 at 4pm AND at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 23 for first choice on half price items PLUS earn 80% of your sales. For this option you must contact us before signing up and have worked previously – these spots are limited.

    Team Member 5

    Work 1 two-hour shifts and shop our third pre-sale on Tuesday, August 21 at 6pm AND at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 23 for first choice at half price items.

  • Team Member 2

    Work 4 two-hour shifts and shop our second pre-sale on Tuesday, August 20 at 5pm AND at 5:00pm on Friday, August 23 for first choice on half price items PLUS earn 75% of your sales.

  • Team Member 3

    Work 3 two-hour shifts and shop our second pre-sale on Tuesday, August 20 at 5pmAND at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 23 for first choice on half price items PLUS earn 70% on your sales.

  • Team Member 4

    Work 2 two-hour shifts and shop our third pre-sale on Tuesday, August 20 at 6pm AND at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 23 for first choice at half price items plus earn 70% of your sales.

  • Some Team Member Requirements

    Because our Team Members are such a vital part of our event, we do have a few things that we require.

    • Members that are “no shows” for their shift or that cancel at the last minute will be subject to a $20 no show fee from their consignor checks PER SHIFT.  If you are not consigning, you will need to pay a $20 fee thru paypal before signing up and it will be refunded to you once you show up for your shifts.
    • Team Members must me 18 years of age unless approved by the owners.
    • Please do not bring your children to your shifts.
    • Please do not drop your items off during your shift – please do this before your shift begins or after your shift is over
    • We ask that while you are there working you give us your undivided service.  Our shifts are very busy and you will be expected to be on your feet the entire time.  If you are unable to work in this manner please contact us so that we can find a shift opportunity that is more suitable for you.
    • Please let us know ASAP if for some reason you will not be able to meet your commitment.
